In my book it's simple.  Be kind to everyone you meet, find the need and be generous with what you have to share, don't judge and be patient with others because there is so little you know about their private world.

mission & vision

Sheltered Hearts is a 501-C3 non-profit that was established in 2010 to provide hope, purpose and empowerment to those in need. We will devote the time and energy neccessary to educate, advocate and feed.

I am passionate about bringing hope and encouragement to others so that they may reach for their maximum potential.  Whether is is through knowledge, food, care or sometimes just a smile and a hug my mission is to leave this world a little bit better than when I entered.
